1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between the user ("You") and alibet99 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you access, register or use any part of the alibet99 platform, including the website, mobile application and related services.

2. Eligibility and Registration

3. User Account

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being suspended and the balances within them may be forfeited upon completion of an investigation.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. Do not share your login details with any other party. alibet99 does not accept responsibility for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party that occurred as a result of your own negligence. All activity that takes place within your account is considered your own action unless there is clear evidence to the contrary.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the alibet99 platform are subject to set minimum limits. The minimum deposit for each method is RM10, while the minimum withdrawal is RM50.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

alibet99 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be made on winnings generated from the bonus.

Example wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Required wagering RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 (maximum limit) → Account balance RM3,200 → Required wagering RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000

Wagering requirements must be met within the period specified for each promotion. Failure to meet the requirements within that period will result in the bonus and any related winnings being cancelled.

alibet99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user or household.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the alibet99 platform are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system. You are fully responsible for ensuring that the betting details are accurate before confirmation is made.

alibet99 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on incorrect information, a technical error or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the bet amount will be credited back to your account.

The use of automated bots, third-party software or any method designed to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

7. Prohibitions and Misuse

The following are strictly prohibited on the alibet99 platform:

• Owning or accessing multiple accounts simultaneously or in rotation.
• Colluding with other users for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or exploiting promotions.
• Using false information or another person's identity during registration or verification.
